The beautiful and fun James and Sam are getting married in Leamington Spa tomorrow and I am really looking forward to capturing their special day.

Last month I had a fun time in London with Rishi and Rachna, who are both from the USA. They wanted a London engagement shoot that incorporated their favourite places, including Borough Market and Green Park. The sun shone and we created some fun, romantic and beautiful images of London that will always remind them of the place where they fell in love and got engaged.

In May Adele and Richard were married in the Lake District. It was a gorgeous wedding, with the ceremony held in the sweetest little church, St. Bega’s Church overlooking lake Bassenthwaite and the reception held at Armathwaite Hall in Keswick. The details at the wedding were beautiful and I loved the way that Adele used their engagement photos to create vintage style postcards for guests to leave messages on.
The Lake District is a place close to our heart and the weekend we spent up there was made extra special because on the Sunday we went into Keswick and bought my engagement ring in an antique shop!

Firstly, huge apologies for my lack of posts over the past few weeks. I have never been so busy, mainly due to the amount of travelling I’ve been doing to get to weddings, engagement shoots and meetings. That will teach me to move to a new city after most of a year’s work has been booked!
These images are from a gorgeous engagement shoot I did for Tom and Amy at the very beautiful Powis Castle in Wales. The couple are getting married there in September. I am excited! I think I was in Wales for about three hours that day but it was worth it!

Last month I did a really fun engagement shoot with Robyn and Mike. They are getting married back in California next year but are currently living in London and wanted to have their engagement shoot here. We started shoot at their gorgeous Kensington apartment before heading to Holland Park and then along the Southbank.
I love the colours they wore and their fun sports shots!

At the end of May I photographed the beautiful wedding of Eleanor and Stuart at Brockencote Hall. It was the smallest wedding I have captured, with just 14 people. I loved it. The sun shone, the details were gorgeous and Eleanor and Stuart were the picture of happiness.
When they saw their photographs yesterday they sent me these kind words:

Ariel and Paul’s London engagement shoot took place in Highgate Wood and has to be the cutest engagement shoot I’ve ever done thanks to the amazing styling by Charley of London Bride. Charley and I met earlier this year and I am really excited that we are now working together and offering styled engagement shoots in London. I will write more about this very soon but if you are interested then please drop me a line!

A few weeks ago I travelled up to the Lake District to meet up with Richard and Adele for the their engagement shoot. The sun shone, the lakes and mountains were as gorgeous as ever and I also got to see and photograph their wonderful Airstream! This weekend we will be heading back up there for their wedding. Can’t wait!
