Last wedding of 2008!
There aren’t many people or places that could convince me to shoot a wedding four weeks before I’m due to give birth but when I heard about Solange and Aengus’ plans to get married in Birmingham with their reception being held at Cafe Ikon I couldn’t resist!
Solange had a beautiful, custom-made, blue 1920s wedding dress with shoes to die for.
Their attention to details was just perfect and In Bloom florists did an amazing job with the flowers, including this wedding ‘cake’ made of orchids rather than cake.
The Ikon Gallery (my favourite gallery in the UK) provided us with some wonderful photo opportunities both inside and out. I’m looking forward to showing Solange and Aegnus the rest of their images very soon.
Huge congratulations guys and thank you for letting me be part of your very special day!
