An exciting start to the week
It’s been an exciting start to the week for me. Stef and I spent Sunday at Focus on Imaging at the NEC. I spent most of the day listening to Jeff Ascough’s inspiring seminars and came home bursting with new ideas for my wedding photography. I also got a chance to meet the guys at Queensberry and GraphiStudio who I use for my albums and photo books.
Yesterday I found out that my application to take part in an exhibition at the Royal Geographical Society/Institute of British Geographers conference in London later this year as been successful. I am really excited about this exhibition as it is a different and interesting way of presenting ideas at an academic conference. I will be taking a selection of images (not mine!) from the current photographic project The Big Picture and displaying them with a short text about the project and its geographies. More about this to follow later in the year!
In addition to these exciting things I am incredibly busy with wedding consultations at the moment but I am also enjoying the occasional space to work on my botanical images. Enjoy!
